Congratulations to Past Warden Selwyn J. Hicks who has been recognized for his lifelong dedication to community service! Last week, the Law Society of Ontario named Selwyn the 2023 Lincoln Alexander Award recipient. Selwyn sat on Grey County Council from 2015 to 2022, serving as Warden for three years, most recently in 2022.
