Instituted a work-around fix for the problem with Chrome not working on the Boardroom Workstation. Installed the Modzilla Firefox Browser as the new default browser, and changed the Desktop Shortcuts to the e-Resource tools accordingly.
No idea when (or if) we will get Chrome working again. My DIY efforts were unsuccessful, as nothing online was helpful. As long as Firefox continues to serve the purpose, just as well as Chrome did, I don't see the need to incur the expense of having Chrome fixed by our IT consultant. If only all problems could be addressed as quickly and easily!
Again, sorry for the inconvenience (that I know at least one of our Members experienced).
